- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh finely chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- fresh black pepper (optional)
- 2 cups shredded boneless chicken breast
Steps
- Whisk the buttermilk and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
- Stir in the chives, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, basil, and black pepper.
- Fold the shredded chicken into the dressing.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
