Ingredients
- 16 oz shelf stable potato gnocchi
- 1 lb broccoli heads
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- salt (optional)
- 1 lb hot or mild italian sausage
- 1 //3 cup fine grated parmesan cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray or oil.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-size florets and slice the sausage into pieces.
- Toss the gnocchi, broccoli, sausage, olive oil, garlic, and salt on the sheet pan.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sausage reaches 160 F and the broccoli is tender.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan over the hot mixture and return the pan to the oven for 2 minutes.
