- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

- 2 cups frozen cooked salad shrimp
- 8 oz sliced process american cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the bread in the dish, then layer the shrimp and sliced cheese over it.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
