- 1 package pizza crust mix
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Prepare the pizza crust mix with water as directed on the package, then rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Press the dough into a lightly oiled 12-inch oven-safe skillet.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and sprinkle it with Italian seasoning.
- Top with pepperoni, onion, green pepper, olives, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 425 F for 15 to 18 minutes, until the crust is cooked and the cheese is melted.
