Steps

Blend the sweetcorn, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until mostly smooth.
Stir in the flour, then rest the batter for 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt some butter.
Cook quarter-cup portions for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and firm.
