- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning

- 2 cups grated sweet potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
