Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz lump crab meat
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 24 wonton wrappers
- nonstick cooking spray
- asian sweet chili sauce (optional)
Steps
- Mix the cream cheese, crabmeat, scallions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of 12 wonton wrappers.
- Brush the edges with water, fold each wrapper into a triangle, and press the edges closed.
- Heat the air fryer to 350 F and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Air-fry the rangoons in a single layer for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and lightly browned.
- Serve the rangoons with Asian sweet chili sauce if desired.
