Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives or scallions (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • fresh black pepper (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp sweet paprika (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the eggs in the basket and air fry for 15 minutes, until firm.
  3. Cool the eggs under cold running water for 2 minutes, then peel and chop them.
  4. Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, chives, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
