- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 apples
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Whisk the vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for 5 minutes.
- Slice the apples, halve the grapes, and thinly slice the red onion for 10 minutes.
- Combine the greens, fruit, onion, cranberries, feta, and pecans in a large bowl for 5 minutes.
- Toss the salad with the dressing for 5 minutes.
