2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder

Steps

Cut the sweet potatoes into thin fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with oil.
Drain and dry the fries, then toss them with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
Spread the fries in one layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
Stir the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika in a small bowl.
