Ingredients

4 oz bacon
1 lb brussels sprouts
3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
2 tbsp butter
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard

Steps

Chop the bacon, halve the Brussels sprouts, and prepare the onion and walnuts.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes until crisp, then leave 1 tablespoon of fat in the skillet.
