Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and grease 6 muffin cups with cooking oil.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes, then drain it on paper towels.
- Flatten each bread slice, press one into each muffin cup, and add the bacon and cheddar.
- Crack one egg into each cup, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the eggs are firm.
- Cool the cups in the pan for 2 minutes before removing them.
