Ingredients
- 4 uncooked lobster tails
- 14 ritz crackers
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Split the lobster tails lengthwise and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Crush the crackers and mix them with melted butter, garlic, parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Press the cracker mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the meat is opaque and reaches 145 F.
