Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb extra large shrimp
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and arrange the shrimp in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Stir garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes into the melted butter.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and bake for 12 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and bake until the shrimp are opaque, flake easily, and reach 145 F.
