- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple
- 24 whole graham crackers
- 2 bananas

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Steps
- Stir the sour cream, vanilla pudding mix, and crushed pineapple with its juice until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a small bowl until thick.
- Arrange eight graham crackers in a single layer in an 8-inch square dish.
- Spread one-third of the pudding mixture over the crackers and add sliced bananas.
- Repeat the cracker, pudding, and banana layers twice, then spread the whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle on the strawberries and chocolate chips, cover the dish, and chill for 8 hours.
