Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cans (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp grated lime zest
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 9 slices thin lime
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Melt the butter, mix it with graham crumbs and brown sugar, and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then cool it for 5 minutes.
- Whisk condensed milk, yogurt, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon lime zest, then pour the filling into the crust.
- Chill the pie in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Beat cold cream with confectioners' sugar, spread it over the pie, and top with lime slices and remaining zest.
