Ingredients

1/2 x 500g puff pastry block
plain flour for dusting (optional)
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
150 g vegetarian brie
2 tbsp roasted hazelnuts chopped
1 egg beaten
2 tsp dried mixed herbs

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
Roll the pastry into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface, then cut it into ten strips.
Arrange the strips in an overlapping ring on the baking sheet, leaving the center open.
Spoon the cranberry sauce around the ring, then add the brie and hazelnuts.
