Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3 bags (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 cups rice krispies cereal
Steps
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring until golden brown and fragrant.
- Stir in the salt, then add the marshmallows and cook for 4 minutes until smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
