- 2 sticks butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tbsp tipu's chai now mix or 1 tablespoon chai tea
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Steps
- Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then mix in the flour, salt, and chai mix.
- Shape the dough into a log, wrap it, and chill it for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 350 F and slice the dough into cookies.
- Bake the cookies on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes, then cool them completely.
- Heat the cream until steaming, pour it over the chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
