Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp packed freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with cooking oil.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt, then press them into the pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then spread the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until the center is firm and the eggs are fully cooked.
- Cool the bars in the pan for 45 minutes before cutting.
