- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- salt and pepper (optional)
- 1 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Toss the green beans with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the beans on a large baking pan and roast for 18 minutes.
