- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups red grapes
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 1 cup roasted cashew halves and pieces
Steps
- Stir the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Halve the grapes and finely dice the celery.
- Fold the chicken, grapes, celery, and cashews into the dressing.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Chill the salad for 10 minutes before serving.
