- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped or sliced red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped scallions or chives

Steps
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the eggs, bacon, romaine, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and scallions.
- Arrange the chickpeas, chopped ingredients, and romaine in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing of choice and toss gently before serving.
