Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy natural salted peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup or more dark chocolate chips

Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet.
- Whisk the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in the oats, oat flour, hemp seeds, cinnamon, baking soda, and collagen peptides if using.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
