Ingredients

- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 8 oz package reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 oz fat-free vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 oz baker's semi-sweet dipping chocolate
- 18 raspberries
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and coat a 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
- Mix the chocolate graham crumbs and light butter, then press the mixture into the pan.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes, then cool it for 3 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, egg whites, vanilla, and flour until smooth, then spread the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 27 minutes, until the center is firm and reaches 160 F.
- Melt the dipping chocolate, drizzle it over the cooled cheesecake, and arrange the raspberries on top.
