Ingredients
- 10 4/7 oz silken tofu
- 7 oz melted dairy-free dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup vegan whipping cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cream stabilizer
Steps
- Blend the tofu, melted chocolate, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla, and cardamom until smooth.
- Whip the vegan cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and the stabilizer until soft peaks form.
- Spoon half the chocolate mousse into six small glasses.
- Add 1 1/2 cups raspberries, then divide the remaining mousse among the glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and the remaining raspberries, then chill for 10 minutes.
