Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1/2 kiwi fruit
- 2 1/2 strawberries
- 8 blueberries
- 1 passion fruit
Steps
- Heat the oven to 250 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Beat the egg whites until foamy, then slowly beat in the sugar until stiff and glossy.
- Fold in the vanilla, cornstarch, and vinegar, then spoon the meringue into a 7-inch ring on the baking sheet.
- Bake the wreath for 75 minutes, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside for 60 minutes.
- Whip the cream until thick, spread it over the cooled wreath, and top it with sliced kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and passion fruit.
