- 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced fresh garlic
- finely chopped fresh parsley
Steps
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and toss them with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, turning often, until it reaches 165 F.
- Add the butter and garlic, then cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
- Sprinkle the chicken with chopped parsley and remove it from the heat.
