Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 tsp old bay seasoning
- 3/4 tsp cajun seasoning
- 3/4 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Steps
- Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high, about 400 F, for 5 minutes.
- Mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and pepper in a bowl for 5 minutes.
- Toss the shrimp with the sauce and let them stand for 10 minutes.
- Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked to 145 F.
