Ingredients
- 1 package organic firm tofu
- 1 tbsp high heat safe oil
- herbamare/sea salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 1/4 cup your favourite bbq sauce (optional)
Steps
- Heat the grill to medium-high, about 400 F.
- Slice the tofu into thick pieces and pat them dry.
- Brush the tofu with oil and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill the tofu for 4 minutes per side, until firm and marked.
- Brush the tofu with barbecue sauce, if using, and grill for 1 minute per side.
- Remove the tofu from the grill and rest it for 1 minute.
