Ingredients
- 1 roll bolillo or telera
- 2 tbsp refried beans
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
- 2 sliced baked ham
- 2 slice queso fresco
- 1/3 slices avocado in
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 tbsp butter
- pickled jalapeno peppers and carrots (optional)
Steps
- Slice the roll in half and spread butter on the cut sides.
- Toast the roll in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
