- 2 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs trimmed pounded to an even thickness
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic

Steps
- Stir the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and rest them for 5 minutes.
- Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side, turning once.
- Cook until the thickest pieces reach 165 F, then top with sesame seeds and green onions.
