Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 seedless english cucumber
- 1 1/2 cup freshly crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 garlic powder
- 1/2 salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 dried oregano leaves
- 1/8 dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
Steps
- Slice the baguette into 24 pieces and arrange them on a large platter.
- Dice the tomatoes and cucumber, then combine them with the feta and green onion in a bowl.
- Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, dill, and basil.
- Toss the dressing with the tomato mixture and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture onto the baguette slices just before serving.
