Ingredients
- 1 package (6 oz) lime gelatin
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 3/4 cups boiling water
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup thinly shredded lettuce
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 4 tsp grated onion
- 1 dash pepper
Steps
- Stir the lime gelatin and salt into the boiling water in a medium bowl until dissolved.
- Mix in the cold water and vinegar, then cool for 5 minutes.
- Fold in the celery, tomato, lettuce, radishes, green pepper, onion, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a 6-cup mold and chill for at least 10 minutes, or until firm.
