- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 1/2 tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425F and grease six 6-ounce ramekins with cooking oil.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl until smooth.
- Whisk the powdered sugar, salt, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla in a large bowl.
