- 1 lb button mushrooms
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup vegetable broth
- 1 egg
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and oil a baking dish.
- Remove the mushroom stems, chop them with the onion, and cook them in an oiled skillet for 4 minutes.
- Crumble the rye bread into a bowl and stir in the cooked onion mixture, parsley, garlic powder, salt, broth, egg, and Swiss cheese.
