3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 generous pinch of salt
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and oil an 8-inch square pan.
Whisk the flours, cornstarch, powdered sugar, baking soda, and salt in one bowl.
Stir in the orange juice, oil, vinegar, and vanilla until just combined.
