2 1/2 tbsp melted and cooled coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment or cooking oil.
Stir the peanut butter, cooled coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
Mix in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
