- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts (optional)
- 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate bar
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Stir the peanut butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped chocolate bar, and peanuts if using.
- Drop 16 spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are firm.
