- 1 1/2 lb about 3 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
Steps
- Add the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and agave syrup to a food processor.
- Blend for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping the bowl as needed, until smooth.
- Add a little more coconut milk if needed and blend until creamy.
