Ingredients
- 1 bread rolls
- 120 ml milk
- 1 chopped onion
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 75 g breadcrumbs
Steps
- Soak the bread roll in the milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Combine the bread, onion mixture, beef, egg, marjoram, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into eight patties and coat them lightly with any remaining breadcrumbs.
- Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the patties for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until they reach 160 F.
