1 roasting chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 tbsp coarsely ground pepper

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and rub it with olive oil, rosemary, pepper, and salt.
