Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix the baking mix, sausage, cheddar, milk, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until browned and the centers reach 160 F.
- Rest the sausage balls for 5 minutes before serving.
