Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 banana
- 2 1/2 tbsp milk
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a small oven-safe baking dish with the coconut oil.
- Whisk the protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Mash the banana with the egg, egg white, vanilla, and milk in another bowl.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture until smooth, then pour it into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the center is set and the cake reaches 160 F.
