- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- black pepper
- 16 oz trimmed ny strip steak
- 1 head broccoli
- 7 scallions
Steps
- Cut the steak into bite-size pieces, divide the broccoli into florets, and cut the scallions into short pieces for 10 minutes.
- Whisk soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper, then marinate the steak for 20 minutes.
- Thread the steak, broccoli, and scallions onto skewers.
- Heat a grill to 400 F and grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning often, until the beef reaches 145 F.
