Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 3 sliced thinly onion
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful parsley
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken for 5 minutes per side.
- Add the sliced onions and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the stock and add the lemon slices, then bake for 25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165 F.
- Stir in the parsley and rest the chicken for 5 minutes.
