Ingredients
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 size onions
- 4 size garlic
- 3 size stalks celery
- 1 size cabbage
- 2 size potatoes
- 3 size carrots
- 2 tsp dried italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 cups water
Steps
- Heat the avocado oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook the chopped onions, garlic, and celery for 5 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, potatoes, carrots, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, bouillon, and smoked paprika.
- Pour in the water and bring the stew to a boil.
- Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 25 minutes, until the potatoes and cabbage are tender.
