  • 2 cups non dairy milk
  • 2/3 cup smooth almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • sliced ripe strawberries
  • 1/4 cup crushed vegan graham crackers
  • chocolate syrup or vegan caramel for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Blend the milk, almond butter, salt, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Layer mousse, strawberries, and crushed graham crackers in four glasses.
