Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/5 tsp salt
  • 1 few wedges of fresh lemon

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Blanch the asparagus for 3 minutes, then drain it.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the cayenne, garlic powder, and salt for 30 seconds.
  5. Toss the asparagus in the seasoned butter and squeeze lemon over it.
