6 tbsp roasted tomato & peach relish
2 balls fresh burrata
extra virgin olive oil (optional)
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps

Let the burrata and relish stand at room temperature for 40 minutes.
Arrange the arugula on two plates.
Place one burrata ball on each plate.
Spoon 3 tablespoons of relish over each burrata ball.
